We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our team and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
About the Role- Lead daily operations, including inventory management, financial efficiency, and staff development.
- Involvement in rostering process and time-management for hourly team members.
- Maintain a safe and harassment-free environment for all Team Members and Managers.
- Understand, comply with, and ensure team members are accountable for company policies, procedures, and operating standards.
- Assist in leading and directing all facets of daily operations, including managing inventory and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure operational efficiency while keeping a guest-first mentality.
- Help oversee the hiring, training, and development of new staff members.
- Coach and counsel existing staff and managers in commitment to whole-team success.
- Uphold restaurant safety, sanitation, and security standards at all times.
- Maintain building, equipment, furniture, and fixtures in good repair, clean, and maintained on a regular basis.
- Ensure a safe and harassment-free environment for all Team Members and Managers.
- At least 2 years' management experience in a high-volume atmosphere (Fast Casual dining experience preferred).
- Excellent leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent problem resolution/guest communication skills.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Australian resident or current work visa holder.
- Familiar with local liquor licensing laws.
- Hold a valid RSA.
