Job Description

We're seeking a talented Digital Transformation Business Development Manager to join our collaborative and successful Sales Team at HubSpot. This role will focus on employing supportive and nurturing sales strategies to discover new business opportunities and enhance the customers' utilization of the HubSpot platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize proactive and inbound selling methods to identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Increase customer engagement and usage of the HubSpot platform over time
  • Act as a trusted advisor and consultant to customers, guiding them through the sales process
  • Conduct qualification calls with C-level executives and department leaders
  • Deliver product demonstrations online and occasionally in person
  • Collaborate with internal champions and various stakeholders to drive sales
Requirements:
  • Possess at least 3 years of SAAS sales experience in a role with quotas, targeting companies with under 500 employees
  • Experienced in navigating complex sales environments with a collaborative approach
  • Skilled in presenting and pitching business transformations to C-level executives
  • Capable of managing monthly and annual sales pipelines with precision in forecasting
  • Driven by goals, consistently achieving monthly and yearly targets
  • Trained in standardized sales techniques, such as the Sandler method
  • Proven track record of driving results and being resilient in challenging sales scenarios
What We Offer

As a Digital Transformation Business Development Manager at HubSpot, you'll enjoy a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. You'll also receive stock options, uncapped commissions, flexible work environment options, world-class new hire training, an education allowance up to USD$5,000 per annum, unlimited time off policy, healthcare and fitness reimbursements, primary caregiver leave (16 weeks) and secondary caregiver leave (6 weeks).
