Role Summary

This is a leadership role where you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team using waterfall and agile project methodologies. You will be responsible for developing/configuring software features according to design documents and enterprise software standards. Key responsibilities include planning and performing unit and functionality testing, interacting with customers, and supporting client-side user acceptance testing.

Main Responsibilities and Deliverables
  • Develop and configure software features according to design documents and enterprise software standards.
  • Work with Architects and Business Analysts in a multi-disciplinary environment using waterfall and agile project methodologies.
  • Plan and perform unit and functionality testing to ensure fit to design.
  • Interact with customers for technical queries and discussions.
  • Support clients in performing user acceptance testing.
  • Provide suggestions to address client requirements while staying within the product framework.
  • Interface independently with R&D and PS Groups and Customer Support.

  • Applies independent judgment.
  • Able to resolve problems of moderate scope which requires an analysis based on a review of a variety of factors.
Experience: 4 to 7 Years

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with relevant experience/knowledge. Strong understanding of PL/SQL, SQL, and databases (MS-SQL, MySQL, Oracle). Experience working in AWS environment is an advantage. Knowledge of Actimize (AIS/RCM/UDM) is a plus. Good verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, analytical mind with high ability for self-learning are essential.

Salary Range:

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
