Event Coordination Opportunity
We are seeking a driven and motivated individual to join our team as an Event Coordinator - Booking Assistant.
About the Role:
This is a temporary summer position, ideal for students or individuals looking to gain experience in operations. You will work closely with high volumes of providers and clients, requiring excellent attention to detail and relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Select correct templates and tweak inclusions to suit group size, requests or dietary requirements.
- Contact providers to book and pay for items.
- Update changing store hours and item availability as communicated by providers.
- Ensure finances are documented accurately.
Required Experience:
Customer-facing or operational role with demonstrated attention to detail.
