We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Student Resolutions Officer. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in the lives of students.
About the Role:
Job DescriptionThe Student Resolutions Officer will play a critical role in supporting the resolution of complex student enquiries and complaints. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the resolution of these issues across our organisation, maintaining accurate records of all student communication, and adhering to procedures and policies regarding student complaints.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse stakeholders, including students, staff, and external partners. You will also have the chance to contribute to the development of policy and processes that support student success.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as strong customer service and relationship management skills. You will also need to have a high level of written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to manage a high volume workload in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in managing complex customer queries and a strong understanding of individual motivations are essential. Additionally, you will need to exhibit tact, diplomacy, discretion, and empathy when dealing with students.
