Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide immediate response and support to individuals in crisis, assessing their needs and developing tailored plans to address their concerns.
  2. Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of services, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress, and outcomes, using this data to inform future decision-making and program development.
Requirements
  • Degree in Social Work or related field; equivalent experience may also be considered.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a dynamic team.
