Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced administrative professional to join our team as a Production Administrator. In this key role, you will provide critical support to the Grading and Packing Floor Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Grading and Packing Floor Manager, including calendar management, meeting coordination and workflow oversight.
  • Act as primary point of contact between the Grading and Packing Floor Manager and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate tasks and projects on behalf of the Grading and Packing Floor Manager.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively address issues to facilitate efficient operations.
  • Manage and develop administrative personnel, providing guidance, training and support.
  • Organise and maintain confidential documents, records and reports.
  • Assist in preparation of reports, presentations and other documentation as needed.
  • Prepare agendas, document meeting minutes and follow up on action items.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and conflict management skills.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with workers of all levels and abilities.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to write reports and correspondence, and speak clearly and effectively with internal and external contacts.
  • Strong reasoning ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations.
