Our organization is seeking an experienced Product Support Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing expert technical support and assistance to customers, ensuring that their products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical, electrical, or electronic engineering, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This role involves troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction, and communicating complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via various channels.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot product issues, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product management, and quality assurance teams to communicate customer feedback and product performance issues.
  • Develop and update training materials and user manuals as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in mechanical, electrical, or electronic engineering, or related discipline.
  • 6 or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Professional experience in specification, design, analysis, manufacture, and test of products in aerospace or related industries.
Desirable:
  • Experience in Product Support Engineering roles, including ILS, MRD, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of engineering lifecycle, development methodologies, and rapid prototyping methodologies.
