We are seeking a highly skilled sales professional to drive growth opportunities in the cryptocurrency market.
About the Role- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with business goals and objectives.
- Identify and target new business leads, establish relationships, and negotiate terms to onboard clients.
- Manage a sales pipeline of high-value opportunities.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure successful onboarding, activation, and retention of clients.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements.
- Use data and analytics to track and report on sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and make strategic recommendations.
- Participate in group presentations and networking events.
- Manage inbound enquiries and onboard customers onto the OTC trading desk in a timely manner.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- A genuine passion for crypto and ability to build knowledge quickly.
- Minimum 2-3 years B2B sales experience from a financial services background, with previous success in managing client-facing roles.
- Ability to manage a sales process through the entire cycle, from identification to closing.
- Proactive mindset with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional communication skills to build strong client relationships.
