We're seeking a highly motivated Crypto Product Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in promoting our CFD crypto products and building strong relationships with new clients.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Bitcoin (BTC) and broader cryptocurrency trading, as well as a solid understanding of the CFD industry and TMGM's trading platforms.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Actively assist in business expansion by promoting CFD crypto products, focusing on Bitcoin (BTC) and other mainstream cryptocurrencies.
  • Independently utilize strong sales skills to identify client pipelines within the crypto space.
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with new crypto clients for long-term partnerships.
Client Service:
  • Respond quickly and professionally to crypto client inquiries, resolving issues while using the CFD trading platform or crypto products.
  • Communicate professional insights and potential trading opportunities in the crypto CFD market based on trends and market dynamics.
Performance Metrics:
  • Strive to achieve set Key Performance Indicators, including sales targets, client satisfaction scores, and activity levels.
  • Continuously learn and master Bitcoin (BTC) and broader crypto market knowledge, CFD industry information, and TMGM's trading platforms and crypto products.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience working in the financial industry, particularly with crypto assets, is preferred.
