We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead our store team in offering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

About the Role:

  • As a Store Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive an outstanding experience every time they visit.
  • You will be responsible for managing a team of retail professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals and deliver excellent customer service.
  • With your expertise in fast-paced retail environments, you will analyze sales data and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability.
  • You will work closely with our suppliers to maintain a wide range of products, including local and imported brands, and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.

What You'll Need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a management role within the retail or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and implement effective solutions.
  • RSA certification is preferred, but not essential.
