We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team in the Northern Area of South Australia.

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth in our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement effective store layouts and visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and improve customer experience
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and cash handling
  • Collaborate with the buying team to select and purchase products that meet customer needs and drive sales growth
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and loyalty
  • Manage store budgets and ensure effective use of resources
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of retail professionals

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a supermarket or grocery environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
