Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, with experience in managing end-to-end procurement processes and delivering commercial outcomes through strategic sourcing and supplier management.

  • Develop and execute procurement strategies that deliver measurable value.
  • Manage a pipeline of procurement initiatives and deliver projects from sourcing through to contracting and implementation.
  • Drive supplier management activities, rolling out frameworks across spend categories to improve performance and outcomes.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, tender evaluations and key initiatives with a results-focused approach.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted business partner to deliver positive outcomes.
  • Provide actionable insights on supply markets, spend, opportunities and risks to support decision-making.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance or related field.
  • 5-7 years' experience in mid to senior procurement roles (Category Manager or above).
  • Industry certification or membership (e.g. CIPS).
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with a proven ability to deliver cost savings and value.
  • Advanced knowledge of procurement practices and vendor value management.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze spend, performance, opportunities and risks.
