Procurement and Sourcing Leadership Opportunity

This is a senior role leading our global procurement strategy across logistics, warehousing, and product supply.

  • Lead contract (re)negotiations and implementation across all logistics providers, 3PLs, Distribution Centers, and product suppliers. Ensure all procurement and logistics agreements are commercially sound, legally compliant, and future-ready.
  • Develop and embed best-in-class procurement processes, policies, and systems across the business.
  • Own procurement support for New Product Development, from sourcing strategy and supplier onboarding to cost modeling and launch readiness.
  • Identify and engage strategic suppliers capable of supporting innovative product initiatives.
Requirements
  • Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident Based in Sydney with the ability to work on-site five days per week.
  • 8+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or logistics contract management.
  • Proven success renegotiating and managing complex logistics and supplier agreements.
