Job Description

The ideal candidate will oversee the purchasing function for a large hotel chain, ensuring seamless execution of day-to-day purchase orders and goods receiving. This role involves supervising the receiving dock and delivery of goods, guaranteeing proper authorization for all hotel-specific purchasing contracts.

This position requires strong negotiation and analytical skills to compare quotations and recommend suppliers. The Strategic Procurement Leader must also establish and implement effective purchasing policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of SAP MM is advantageous
