Strategic Procurement Leader

Job Description
We seek a seasoned leader to helm our procurement and supply operations. This role requires an individual with extensive experience in strategic supply chain leadership, gained in commercial environments.
The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of supply chain principles and optimisation methodologies, along with the skills to negotiate and manage contracts effectively.
In addition to these requirements, the successful candidate will have:
- A proven ability to manage multiple priorities
- The capacity to secure and deploy resources efficiently
- Highly developed change management capabilities
This position is responsible for leading the strategic development and operational execution of our procurement and supply operations. The successful candidate will lead a team of up to 30 FTE (direct and indirect) members.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check
- A degree or postgraduate studies in Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related discipline (highly desirable)
