They are now seeking a dynamic Chief Marketing Officer to lead their marketing strategy, scale their global presence, and drive measurable growth across all channels.
Role Overview As CMO, you will shape and execute the marketing vision, aligning brand storytelling with commercial outcomes.
Leading a talented multi-disciplinary marketing team, you'll oversee the full marketing lifecycle - from brand positioning and customer acquisition to retention, loyalty, and international expansion.
This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a high-growth brand's marketing function and make a significant impact on its global trajectory.
Key focus areas: Developing and delivering a marketing strategy that aligns with commercial goals.
Driving customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value through innovative campaigns.
Unifying brand messaging across digital, social, PR, partnerships, and e Commerce.
Building and executing strategies for overseas market growth.
Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing marketing team.
Managing marketing budgets and reporting on ROI and key growth metrics.
About You You are a commercially minded marketing leader with a proven ability to translate vision into execution.
You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and have a strong track record in e Commerce, retail, or consumer brands.
You're both a strategic thinker and hands-on operator, able to unify marketing channels and deliver growth at scale.
What you bring: 4+ years' experience in a senior marketing leadership role.
Demonstrated success across the full marketing lifecycle - from acquisition to loyalty.
Experience leading and inspiring multi-disciplinary marketing teams.
Proven success aligning brand storytelling with measurable growth outcomes.
Ideally, experience expanding brands into international markets.
Strong commercial acumen, creativity, and stakeholder management skills.
