Direct message the job poster from Montgomery Advisory Associate Director at Montgomery Advisory This a very exciting role for an experienced and forward thinking senior lawyer to act as Chief Legal Officer with a growing Australian Fintech company for a period of 8 months.
Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Legal Officer will be a trusted legal advisor and provide high quality legal advice in a fast paced environment.
You will need to be proactive, bring a can-do attitude and be adaptable to whatever hits your desk.
Requirements You will be required to advise on a variety of legal matters including licencing, a legal restructure, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, risk management and will be exposed to a broad range of product and commercial legal work, supporting commercial negotiations in relation to digital/tech partnerships, multi-jurisdictional inter-company arrangements, and other financial/technology products and services.
Experience in crypto currency or blockchain highly desirable, but not essential.
