Procurement and Contracts Officer

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking a skilled Procurement and Contracts Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting and managing procurement and contract documentation, including sourcing plans, evaluation reports, and contract management plans.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for leading tender processes, negotiating contracts, and maintaining registers and databases with up-to-date procurement and contract data.
  • In addition, the role requires providing support to directors and team leads in the delivery of complex procurement and contract management activities.
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to work in a dynamic environment and make a significant contribution to the organization's success.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as commerce, law, or business administration;
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in procurement and contract management;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
