Job Title: Disability Support Specialist

A fulfilling opportunity exists for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Disability Support Specialist. As part of this role, you will be working with individuals with disabilities, providing personalized support and care in a variety of settings.

  • This position involves supporting clients with daily living skills such as meal preparation, housekeeping, showering and toileting, medication administration and attending appointments.
  • You will also have the opportunity to engage customers in recreational activities, promoting social interaction and overall well-being.

To be successful in this role, you will require strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a genuine passion for delivering high-quality support services.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a Cert III in Individual Support (CHC33015 or CHC33021) or Cert IV in Disability (CHC43115 or CHC42115). Additionally, a valid driver's licence and willingness to use your comprehensively insured private vehicle to transport customers are essential.
