Support Services Role

As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities.

  • You will spend your days supporting customers to achieve their life goals and work towards independence.
  • Recreational activities such as swimming, dancing, bingo, horseback riding, going to the gym, bowling and more will be a part of your daily routine.
  • Assisting with daily living skills including meal preparation, housekeeping, showering and toileting, medication administration and attending appointments will also be an essential part of your role.
Qualifications and Skills Required
  • A Certificate III in Individual Support (CHC33015 or CHC33021) or Certificate IV in Disability (CHC43115 or CHC43121) is required.
  • A passion for providing service and assistance to help others live their best lives is essential.
  • The ability to support customers of any gender by assisting with personal care and domestic duties is also required.
