Job Title:

An IT Support Specialist is required to provide top-notch technical assistance to our mining operation.

  • Responsibilities will include managing service desk tickets, ensuring timely resolution of incidents, and maintaining up-to-date documentation of IT policies and procedures.
About the Role:

This full-time position will be based in Perth or DIDO from Kalgoorlie and surrounding areas, working an 8:6 roster.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar position within a mining environment, with strong organisational skills to manage high volumes of cases and deal with multiple clients and vendors.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working in IT support within a mining environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, such as Active Directory and MS Office suite
