Foster Care Leadership Specialist

We seek a professional leader for our Wagga Wagga program who will drive a team of specialists in delivering trauma-informed case management services.
- Leverage expertise to ensure best outcomes for children, young people, and their families.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop customized support plans tailored to individual needs.
- Provide guidance and support to staff, fostering a cohesive work environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
The ideal candidate has experience working with Children and Young People in OOHC, knowledge of the NSW Permanency Support Program, and the ability to lead by example.
A degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of five years of relevant experience.
- Relevant degree.
- Minimum five years of experience working with Children and Young People in OOHC.
- Experience working with Aboriginal young people, their families, and communities.
Anglicare delivers the Permanency Support Program across NSW's Southern and Western Region.
