Care Leadership Manager

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our home care services. As a Care Leadership Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the team to deliver high-quality care and services that optimise the health and wellbeing of our customers.
The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in management, health care or equivalent, and minimum 5 years' experience in community, disability or aged care management or related programs. They will also have comprehensive knowledge of home care programs and service delivery models, and ability to work with key financial performance indicators.
