Job Overview

Aurora's Software Solutions team is building the global investment analytics platform for the energy transition.

The Technical Customer Success team sits at the critical interface between end users and teams that develop software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support leading developers, utilities, and funds to integrate Aurora's software products into their decision-making processes.
  • Meet with clients in-person and virtually to support their usage of our software products, building relationships to grow and retain client base in APAC.
  • Guide customers as they use the Aurora software suite to conduct asset valuations and construct long-term power market scenarios to inform their market view.
  • Troubleshoot wide-ranging client requests and help clients interpret complex results using power markets knowledge and data analysis skills.
  • Onboard new accounts and develop deep knowledge about their use cases for our products, leveraging technical expertise across the software suite and relevant power markets knowledge.
  • Represent client voice internally, conveying feedback to product teams to refine product roadmaps.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in a STEM subject.
  • At least 1 year professional exposure in an analytical client-facing role with B2B experience.
  • Deep interest in the energy transition and SaaS products.
  • Self-starter with creative problem-solving approach and ability to rapidly assimilate new knowledge.
  • Passion for working with clients across the energy sector.
