Personal Assistant/Lifestyle Assistant Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and mature Personal Assistant/Lifestyle Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing administrative support to the family, including running errands, dealing with contractors, sourcing specialty items, shopping, and making appointments.

The ideal candidate will have a drivers license, vehicle, and be able to work autonomously but in conjunction with other family staff. Previous experience is not required, as we would consider an entrance-level candidate who is committed, highly organized, and mature in disposition.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative support to the family
  • Running errands and tasks as required
  • Dealing with contractors and vendors
  • Sourcing specialty items and shopping
  • Making appointments and managing schedules
  • Coordinating travel arrangements

Requirements:

  • Highly organized and able to work independently
  • Drivers license and vehicle (vehicle allowance provided)
  • Ability to respect privacy and confidentiality
  • Experience working with diverse cultures and backgrounds
  • Full working rights for Australia
  • Own accommodation ashore in Melbourne

Working Arrangements:

  • Monday to Friday (part-time arrangement considered)
  • Flexible hours to accommodate the needs of the family
