Personal Care Assistants (PCA) - Northern Suburbs

$41 – $96 per hour + $200 New Starter Reward Bonus

Crewe Sharp is a leading provider of agency nursing staff to Residential Aged Care Facilities and Home & Community Care across Australia. We are seeking dedicated, caring, and compassionate PCAs to work across various shifts in Residential Aged Care Facilities. Our mission is to support elderly individuals in enjoying their best life.

We have numerous shifts available in Greensborough and Lalor.

ABOUT YOU

You have a genuine passion for caregiving and want to help people live independently. You connect well with clients through excellent communication skills, confidence, and a positive outlook.

You must be willing to work morning shifts.

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

  • Minimum of 3 months PAID experience in Aged Care (essential)
  • Certificate III or IV - Aged Care / Individual Support or equivalent
  • Current National Police Check
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates
  • Covid vaccination as per state government requirements
  • NDIS workers screening check clearance
  • Able to work morning shifts (essential)
