Payroll Administrator Role

The role of a Payroll Administrator involves processing weekly and fortnightly payrolls for over 900 personnel, working collaboratively in a team environment to ensure seamless payroll operations, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payrolls accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve payroll-related issues
  • Provide high-quality customer service and support
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Experience using MYOB and/or Preceda an advantage, but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines
