This is a dynamic and exciting opportunity for an experienced payroll specialist to join our team in a key support role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Process and manage payroll transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to queries and concerns
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of payroll services
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for process enhancements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in payroll administration
- Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, awards, and EBAs
- Intermediate Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP highly regarded)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive and results-driven approach with a focus on quality and attention to detail
