Main Responsibilities
  • Implement a best practice approach to health and safety.
  • Monitor and demonstrate safe work practices and ensure others adhere to them.
  • Assist with supervising activities to maximize the productive use of available resources.
  • Supervise all trades personnel.
  • Maintain professional communication with clients and tradespeople.
  • Ensure the work area is consistently maintained to OHS&E standards.
Key Requirements
  • Prior experience in a similar role working on civil kerb and gutter or excavation projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Able to build strong relationships with colleagues and subcontractors.
  • Must be self-motivated, demonstrating exemplary leadership and multitasking abilities.
Project Highlights

Working autonomously, floating between sites, managing allocated teams, dealing with clients and coordinating trades and sub-contractors.

Responsible for overseeing sites to ensure smooth project delivery, particularly on complex and large-scale projects.
