The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the site team through the direct supervision and coordination of subcontractors, suppliers, and labour hire workers on the site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage OH&S compliance with all site attendees
  • Coordinate and perform quality assurance reviews to ensure quality standards are achieved
  • Identify and collaborate with the site team to identify and reduce potential risks
  • Coordinate all day-to-day activities on the site
  • Monitor site materials, tools, and equipment
  • Perform manual laboring duties around site
  • Manage site security

Requirements:

  • Experienced in a site management role and have worked in commercial or industrial construction
  • Demonstrated knowledge of site management practices and working in larger site teams
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • A team player with a positive attitude
