The role of Site Administrator requires a highly skilled professional who can provide exceptional support to the site management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • First point of contact for phone calls, general enquiries and assisting internal and external stakeholders.
  • Executive Assistant (EA) support to senior staff members while on-site, including day-to-day administration duties, email management, correspondence and task prioritization.
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation and roster change requests for all staff members.
  • Maintain compliance with contractor site mobilisation requirements.
  • Evaluate and ensure all staff members meet site induction and safety requirements.
  • Support the mobilisation team with workload overflow.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal staff, contractors and external stakeholders.
  • Compile reports, including monthly invoices, requisitions and purchase orders, receipts and invoice reconciliation.
  • Manage project team correspondence.
  • Create presentations, including formatting.
  • Coordinate meetings, taking minutes and following up on actions as required.
  • Perform data entry, word processing, document control and reporting tasks.
  • Process requisitions and purchase orders, including receipts and invoice reconciliation.
  • Organize functions and events.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • High level of communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines.
