Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Community Ambassador to join our team in Sydney.

The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for the community, playing a key role in building a welcoming and collaborative environment amongst members.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills, with a passion for entrepreneurial communities and a deep understanding of our mission and values.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Cover the front desk during business hours and provide exceptional customer service to members and guests.
    • Greet members and guests with a warm demeanor and ensure all visiting guests sign-in via a designated platform.
    • Learn member and guest names to build relationships and enhance their experience.
  • Community Engagement:
    • Provide feedback on programming types and evaluate events based on attendance, satisfaction, and impact.
    • Celebrate members' successes and milestones through personalized gestures.
    • Distribute event information and promote events through targeted marketing channels.
  • Building Operations:
    • Receive, process, sort, and organize mail.
    • Manage keys, keycards, and mailroom operations.
    • Investigate and resolve lost packages.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A college graduate or equivalent experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills.
  • Integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and compassion.
