About the RoleThis is an opportunity to work in a large operational service delivery team and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences while prioritising safety.
Main Responsibilities- Provide assistance to passengers who need help during their journey
- Collaborate with train crew and maintain the station environment
- Flag trains and use high-tech mobile apps as required
We're seeking someone with a positive and reliable attitude, formed across various customer-facing roles.
As a Community Ambassador, you'll have strong communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
You'll be self-driven, able to work autonomously with initiative, and committed to providing outstanding customer service.
The ideal candidate will be available to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, and have their own transport.
