Customer Experience Manager

Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic and engaging environment.

This role involves managing the Concierge service request portal, handling guest service requests efficiently, and providing a warm welcome to visitors.

The ideal candidate will have experience in front-of-house, corporate, events, or hospitality environments and be passionate about building communities and delivering outstanding service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personalized high-calibre service, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
  • Facilitating & leading concierge services for customers, including umbrella loans, welcome gift check-outs, restaurant bookings, and support with the building app.
  • Collaborating with the customer experience team to develop and deliver engaging events.
