Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Property Manager to join our Residential Property Management team in our Launceston office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, leasing properties, and ensuring a seamless service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert administrative support to the team, including data entry, document preparation, and communication with clients.
  • Organize the advertising of properties, including creating eye-catching listings and promoting properties through various channels.
  • Coordinate open homes and property viewings, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for clients and customers.
  • Assess tenancy applications, making recommendations to the team and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with the Elders Rural team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
  • Maximize promotional opportunities, including participating in field days and community events to promote our services and build relationships with clients and customers.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, property management, or a related field.
  • A Property Representative Licence (or the ability to obtain one soon).
  • A current driver's licence.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
  • A team player with a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
