About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Property Management professional to lead our Residential Property Management team in our Launceston office on a full-time, permanent basis.

As a Department Head, you will leverage your expertise in Property Management and leadership to drive the strategic direction of the Department. You will oversee the daily operations of the team to achieve growth and market share across the local area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow and secure business opportunities to increase our portfolio
  • Lead and manage the Residential Property Management team to achieve key performance indicators and expenditure targets
  • Manage a small portfolio of properties to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, recommending Elders' range of services to drive business growth

About You

  • Hold a Property Representative qualification
  • Proven business development and marketing skills with a strong track record of success
  • Tertiary qualification in property (desirable, but not required)
  • Sound leadership competency with the ability to manage and unite teams
  • Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to problem-solve
  • Current drivers license
