About the Role

This position supports our Membership Manager in driving growth and development through creative initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate membership records, ensuring compliance with Club standards.
  • Manage member status changes, including nominations, resignations, and life events.
  • Lead the Reciprocal Program in collaboration with the Membership Manager and Member Engagement Director.
  • Support membership-related Sub-Committees, including minute-taking and agenda preparation.
  • Coordinate communication for subscription renewals.
  • Analyse membership statistics to inform decision-making.
  • Provide exceptional customer service across all channels.
  • Develop engaging membership communications.
  • Collaborate across departments to enhance member experience touchpoints.
  • Support event planning and delivery.
