Drive Brand Engagement and Community Connection

This role is pivotal in fostering meaningful experiences that inspire, inform and activate target audiences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering strategic marketing campaigns that promote the organisation's services in consultation with business areas.

  • Developing and delivering effective marketing strategies to meet the organisation's objectives.
  • Working collaboratively with business areas to design and deliver campaigns that drive results.
  • Coordinating internal and external events calendars to develop relationships within the sector, community and referral networks.
  • Maintaining accurate records of campaign and event activities, budgets and outcomes.
  • Coordinating with external agencies, vendors and suppliers as required.
  • Coordinating with internal teams and volunteers to ensure Work Health and Safety requirements are met.

About You:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a similar role is required.
  • Experience and knowledge within the NDIS and Not-For-Profits sectors are highly desired.
  • Demonstrated understanding of direct, online, social media and email marketing strategies.
  • Experience with Adobe design packages and/or Canva is highly desired.
  • Experience with using digital systems to extract value and drive communications campaigns.
  • Experience with marketing automation systems is highly desirable.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office and computer skills are required.
