Job Description

As a seasoned entertainment professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance guest retention through various entertainment offerings. This includes coordinating special events, activations, and venue-based entertainment to deliver exceptional experiences.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest retention through entertainment offerings, including special events, activations, and venue-based entertainment.
  • Coordinate procurement and bookings for live music, DJs, comedy, and other performance types, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Oversee operational execution for business-as-usual (BAU) entertainment, campaigns, activations, and private entertainment.
  • Administer and manage purchase orders, invoices, and talent agreements, fostering effective relationships with stakeholders.

 

Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in entertainment, music, or events.
  • Proven experience coordinating performances and artists, with a strong focus on cost control and operational efficiency.
  • Skilled in managing performances while controlling labour and costs, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
