Accounts Receivable Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join our team. As an integral part of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing cash inflows, processing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurate Data Entry

    Enter data accurately into various software programs, ensuring seamless integration with our accounting systems.

  • Customer Billing and Invoicing

    Produce and review periodic customer billing, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.

  • Payment Reconciliation

    Reconcile daily payments, identifying any discrepancies or errors.

  • Debt Collection and Resolution

    Follow up on overdue accounts via phone, email, and formal letters, escalating problematic accounts to management when necessary.

  • Investigations and Resolutions

    Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and customer queries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Customer Account Management

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account information, preparing and sending statements of account as required.

  • Collaboration and Support

    Collaborate with sales and service teams to resolve billing issues, providing general office support and assistance where required.

  • Record Management and Organization

    Manage and organize records and files efficiently, handling high-volume data entry with precision.

Requirements:
  • Technical Skills

    Excellent computer skills, specifically in Excel and Word, with the ability to quickly learn and utilize other programs.
