Financial Recordkeeper

This role is responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records at a leading mortgage lender.

The successful candidate will work closely with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, reconciliation, and analysis.

A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is preferred, as well as 3+ years of experience in general ledger accounting and financial controls.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, and be able to perform complex reconciliations and data analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain general ledger by recording transactions and preparing journal entries.
• Perform general ledger and account reconciliation and analysis.
• Coordinate organizational data to provide financial results and consolidate details.
• Complete general financial reporting and prepare supporting schedules.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in general ledger accounting and financial controls.
• Reconciliation account analysis experience.
• Extensive knowledge of general ledger accounting and financial controls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
