The Role

This is a casual Guest Services Officer position, located at one of our holiday parks.

The primary objective of this role is to deliver exceptional guest services, provide excellent customer experience, and represent Reflections Holidays in a positive manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and online bookings.
  • Utilize a reservations system to manage bookings, inquiries, and complaints.
  • Perform general office duties, including banking, cleaning, and record-keeping.
  • Prepare correspondence, maintain accurate records, and adhere to filing procedures.
  • Assist the Park Manager and Supervisors with office and kiosk operations.
  • Process transactions using a computerized point-of-sale register.
  • Assist with stock takes, invoicing, and inventory management.
  • Direct visitors within the park and provide assistance as needed.
About You

We are seeking an individual with experience in administration, front office reception, or a related field.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Strong administration and organizational skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing work environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and peak periods.
