The Role

This is a casual Guest Services Officer position, located at one of our service centers. The purpose of the role is to:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Assist with client check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  3. Handle client inquiries and resolve issues effectively, demonstrating a strong understanding of our services and policies.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our high standards of presentation and professionalism.
  5. Support the team in various administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping, as needed.
