Job Description

The role of Administration Support Officer is a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our Buildings and Facilities crew. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

As an Administration Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Buildings and Facilities team. This includes tasks such as data entry, filing, keeping records up-to-date and drafting reports and emails that effectively communicate information.

You will also have the opportunity to work on community projects, supporting planning and delivery. This involves working closely with stakeholders, organizing meetings and managing finances.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • A curiosity for learning new systems and ways of working
  • Local Government experience is an advantage but not necessary
