Operational Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic leader to drive operational excellence and support the delivery of client projects.

This role involves overseeing and coordinating minor works, construction, and maintenance programs, as well as managing program development, design management, cost planning, tendering, estimating, contract administration, and program management of new construction works.

  • Ensure effective operational delivery through resource management and performance monitoring.
  • Maintain relationships with clients and act as interface for major projects.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for maintenance, minor works, and construction programs in line with established frameworks.
  • Achieve operational objectives through effective planning and resource utilisation.
  • Coordinate and integrate workforce involved in product development, delivery, and client liaison activities.
  • Plan and resolve resourcing issues, ensuring quality delivery within time constraints.
Essential Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven expertise in the building and construction industry, including quality assurance and project management.
  • Leadership and team management experience.
