We're seeking an experienced site supervisor to lead residential volume builds in a dynamic and growing construction environment.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience managing multiple sites, ensuring timely completion, quality control, and safety compliance. A strong background in carpentry and building & construction is essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing all site activities for multiple residential builds
  • Maintaining clear communication with clients, office staff, and construction managers
  • Coordinating trades, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Handling inspections, site documentation, and problem-solving on the ground

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience supervising residential volume builds
  • Carpenter by trade, with a Cert IV in Building & Construction
  • Strong scheduling, time management, and leadership skills
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to juggle multiple builds
  • White Card and current driver's license
