ABOUT THE POSITION.

As a Site Engineer in a committed team, they are looking for individuals who are passionate and take pride in their work. This position will be reporting to Project Engineers and assisting the team to ensure projects are delivered on time. This job also offers clear career progression if you are looking to step up into a project management role or advance into contract management.

DUTIES.
  • Assist with day-to-day site management and supervision of on-site activities
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Sub-contractors
  • Monitor the progression of the project to ensure all works are completed in a timely manner
  • Ensuring the project is compliant with industry regulations, WHS requirements, and policies
  • Provide technical support and guidance to site teams
  • Assist in cost tracking and procurement
  • Participate in project meetings and solve on-site issues or challenges
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
  • Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Ideally 2 years of Civil Contracting experience
  • Have had exposure to subdivision or roadwork projects
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to meet deadlines and budgets
