Construction Site Manager

We are seeking a skilled Construction Site Manager to oversee multiple residential builds across Parramatta and Greater Western Sydney area. With a consistent pipeline of new homes, this role offers an exceptional opportunity to deliver high-quality results and build strong client relationships.

The successful candidate will manage 15-20 sites simultaneously, ensuring timely completion of projects, meeting quality control and safety compliance standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversight and coordination of all site activities for multiple residential builds.
  • Maintenance of quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines.
  • Effective management of trades, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Clear communication with clients, office staff, and construction managers.
  • Handling inspections, site documentation, and problem-solving on-site.

You will Need:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience managing residential volume builds.
  • Certified carpenter or equivalent qualification, such as a Cert IV in Building & Construction.
  • Strong scheduling, time management, and leadership skills.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Current White Card and driver's license.
