Residential Construction Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to take on a site leadership role in our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple residential builds across the Greater Western Sydney area, ensuring timely completion of projects while maintaining high standards of quality and safety compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with experience in managing trades, subcontractors, and suppliers. They will also have excellent communication skills, being able to effectively manage clients, office staff, and construction managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate all site activities for multiple residential builds
  • Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to timelines
  • Manage trades, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, office staff, and construction managers
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience supervising residential volume builds
  • Carpenter by trade, with a Cert IV in Building & Construction
  • Strong scheduling, time management, and leadership skills
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to juggle multiple builds
  • White Card and current driver's license
